Regulation on records on the use of agricultural land.

This Regulation provides for the conditions, necessary contents and methods for keeping official records on the use of agricultural land, on the territory of the Republic of Croatia (ARKOD database, managed by the competent national institution, here indicated as the Croatian Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development).
Articles 3, 4 and 5 are setting the list of necessary contents, necessary landscape features also in relation to the good agricultural practice, and other.
The Annex (I, II and III) is also an integrated part of this publication (technical data and related sheets/lists).
