Abstract
This Regulation prescribes conditions and procedures for the entry into the Register of distilleries.
The Register is for legal or natural person who owns the equipment and facilities to carry out distillation. Distillation is carried out annually and has to produce more than 20 liters of pure alcohol.
Distillators are required to maintain adequate records of production, transportation and quality of their products.
Distillators are required to keep records on the type and quantities of raw materials taken from the manufacturer for distillation. They have to provide: a) name of the manufacturer; b) the quantity of raw material that is taken; c) the type of materials; d) the content of ethyl alcohol and sugar in the raw materials; e) the resulting amount of distillate; f) the content of ethyl alcohol in the distillate obtained.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
