Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions to be met by legal and natural persons for entry into the Register of suppliers of agricultural seeds and planting material, and registration of certain activities.
Entry in the Register of suppliers of agricultural seeds and suppliers of planting material is required for legal and natural persons who are involved on the Croatian territory into following activities: maintenance of the variety, production of propagating material for agricultural production, importation of seed and propagating material for the agriculture.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the provisions of the Regulation on the manner and condition for registration in the registry of agricultural seeds and planting material (Official Gazette 40/99, 31/00, 44/01) will be no longer in force.
