Regulation on the registration of suppliers, laboratories and samplers of agricultural reproductive material.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions and method of keeping the register of suppliers of agricultural seeds, the register of suppliers of agricultural planting material, the register of agricultural seed samplers and the register of authorized and reference laboratories for quality control of agricultural reproduction material, the method of submitting applications for the registers, the application forms for enrollment in the registers, and the content of these registers. The effective enrollment in the Register of suppliers and samplers of agricultural reproductive material is mandatory for all approved suppliers. Designated registration forms are given in the Annex of this text.
