Abstract
This Regulation determines the sanitary-technical and hygienic and other conditions that must be met by buildings for water supply (including HACCP issues and other related standards); prescribes the manner of establishment and implementation of the Water Safety Plan intended for human consumption and its verification through the annual sampling plan; establishes an annual sampling plan for raw water, processed water before delivery to consumers and water intended for human consumption in the water supply network and the implementation of operational monitoring of water intended for human consumption (types and scope of sample analysis and frequency of taking samples of water intended for human consumption). This Regulation shall be applied to all stages of capture, processing, storage and distribution of water intended for human consumption as well as to its import and export, without prejudice to the requirements that must be met by the parameters for checking the conformity of water intended for human consumption in accordance with by regulation governing the area of conformity parameters.
The Annex is also part of this text (list of detailed general sanitary-technical and hygienic and other conditions of buildings for water supply; minimum frequency of monitoring parameters in operational monitoring; water safety plans).
