Abstract
This Regulation hereby prescribes various technical sanitary, hygienic and other conditions, rules and requirements that have to be met by water supply facilities on the Croatian territory.
This Regulation shall apply to all stages of production, processing and distribution of water for human consumption as well as on its imports and exports.
The rules and standards provided by this Regulation are also part of the standards contained by HACCP.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
