Abstract
This Regulation lays down specific conditions for imports of food and feed originating in or shipped from Japan after the incident at the Fukushima nuclear plant.
This Regulation further provides for complete list of specific food and feed to monitor and related data necessary for the implementation of security controls.
The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to food and feed, which is exported from Japan before 28 March 2011 or who is harvested and/or processed before 11 March 2011.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
