Regulation on sport fishing in freshwater fisheries.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on freshwater fisheries, prescribes: the programme for taking the professional exam for fish stock management, also determines the form of certificate of passed professional exam, issues regarding the keeping of related register of issued certificates, and sets the amount-costs of such professional examination and amount-fees for commission work; the manner of performing fish guard service, the form and content of the fishing guard’s work diary, the form of related inspection report, and other forms (report and certificate on temporarily seized catch and/or fishing gear and/or fishing equipment and/or other tools intended for fishing); types and quantity of fishing tools, equipment and baits in sport fishing, method of storage and marking of retained catch; the method of fishing on watercourses that affect the sea and the method of dealing with accidentally caught marine species of fish; necessary constructional and technical characteristics of fishing tools for selective fishing; and form, content and manner of keeping the list of catches and submitting data on catches in sport fishing.
