Abstract
This Regulation provides for the conditions and manner of conducting super-analysis of wines, fruit wines and other products from wine and fruit wine.
Super- analysis covers physico-chemical analysis, organoleptic evaluation, expert interpretation of the results, feedbacks and comments of results.
Super-analysis can be performed by a legal entity authorized by the Minister for the performance of super-analysis of wines, fruit wines and other products deriving from wines and fruit wines.
Physico-chemical analysis has to be performed by a legal person which has the accreditation ISO / IEC 17025:2007 issued as a certificate necessary for testing the quality of wine.
Physico-chemical analysis method includes the analysis of wines, fruit wines and other products derived from wines and fruit wines in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on physico-chemical methods of analysis of must, wine and other grape and wine products (Official Gazette 106/04).
