Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the removal of Ambrosia/ragweed-Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. in order to combat and prevent its further spread on the Croatian territory.
Owners and users of processed and unprocessed agricultural land (gardens, arable land, meadows, etc.), forests and hunting grounds, hydrology and authorized channels and areas along the waterways and canals, authorized managers and maintenance of public areas along roads and railways, parks and authorized managers of other public green spaces are obliged to implement measures in order to remove the Ambrose, as prescribed by this Regulation.

This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
Upon the entry into force of this Regulation,the Regulation on the actions taken to remove the ambrose-Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. (Official Gazette 66/04) will be no longer in use.
