Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the measures for compulsory removal of ragweed Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. for the purpose of its control and to prevent its spread on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Owners and users of agricultural cultivated and uncultivated land (gardens, meadows, etc.), forests and hunting grounds, persons authorised to take care of streams and canals and adjoining areas, persons authorised to manage and maintain areas adjoining public traffic routes and railway tracks, persons authorised to manage parks and other public green areas shall carry out the measures for compulsory removal of ragweed.
