Abstract
This Regulation, in order to ensure the effective traceability, sets out specific rules on hygiene of food of animal origin, here related to products such fishery products and live bivalve molluscs (see article 3 for references of respected European Union and Commission Regulations).
This text sets the necessary records on traceability of fishery products and documentation required aimed to demonstrate the traceability of fishery products from breeding and freshwater catch to it final destination. These rules are not meant for the marketing of live fish and live bivalve molluscs for the purpose of further breeding.
The Annex is also part of this publication (administrative certification of origin forms).
