Abstract
This Decree must be applied to the Programme of Environment Management of Fish Ponds, which helps to implement the objectives of protection of acquatic environment falling under priority axis 2 of the Fisheries Operational Programme. General and detailed rules regarding such subsidies are laid down in this Decree.
