Abstract
Support to be granted under this Decree is financed from the national budget and by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund. Detailed rules regarding procedures, based on EU norms, are contained in this Decree. Administrative tasks and controlling are the competence of the Agriculture and Rural Development Agency (MVH).
