Abstract
Under this Decree waste management activities of public utilities are considered the taking-over, collection, trade, transport, storage and treatment of waste, and the operation of waste management plants. This Decree provides general rules concerning the activity of waste management public servic, and detailed rules concerning the collection of urban waste, the size and marking of urban waste containers, the transport and treatment of waste falling in the sphere of activity of the public service provider.
