Abstract
This Decree applies to the utilization of subsidies to be granted for the implementation of the objectives determined under priority axis 2 of the Fisheries Operational Programme, except for provisions regarding the protection of aquatic environment. General and detailed rules regarding such subsidies are comprised in this Decree.
