Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to give implementation to the Act regarding the environmental protection fee. It lays down provisions especially regarding packaging materials, a list of wich may be seen in Annex 1, Title A. Title B of annex 1 contains all the other goods which are subject to the environmental protection fee. This Decree contains also rules on data reporting and keeping of registers, accounting system of fee payment, treatment of packaging waste considered hazardous waste, inspections by the National Waste Management Agency, and on recycling of packaging materials.
