Abstract
The Decree is divided in the following Chapters: (I) General Provisions; (I) Scope and Objective; (III) System of dosage restriction; (IV) Radiation Safety Management System; (V) Calibration; (VI) Control of radiation accidents; (VII) Administrative sanctions; (VIII) Transitional provision; (IX) Closing provisions.
The Regulation provides for the safe use and production of nuclear energy and the control of emitted ionizing radiations. A Controlling Agency shall monitor and collect data on radiation sites, their facilities, eventual contamination, and workers. It also shall set dosage restrictions and control inspections as strict requirements for the construction of nuclear plants.
