Abstract
This Law amends the Law no. 39 of 2008 concerning functions and competences of the State Ministries, by defining procedures and specifying powers and duties of each Minister and of the President. The Law specifies that the total number of ministries shall be determined by the President based on governance needs. Further matters covered by this Law include: functional relationships between ministries, non-ministerial government agencies, and other governmental bodies; monitoring and evaluation powers of the Parliament.
