Abstract
This Presidential Regulation, in order to implement the provisions of Article 8 paragraph (10) of Law Number 59 of 2024 concerning the National Long-Term Development Plan for 2025-2045, concerns the legal framework and procedural requirements for the formulation, review, amendment, approval, and implementation of strategic plans and annual work plans for Indonesian government ministries and agencies, focusing on: ministry functions, national priorities, performance indicators, risk management, regulatory and institutional frameworks, and funding strategies.
