Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry no. 13 of 2022 concerning the Organisation and Working Procedure of the Security and Law Enforcement Agency for Environment and Forestry.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the the Presidential Regulation no. 92 of 2020 concerning the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 15 of 2021 concerning the organisation and work procedure of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, provides for the implementation of the tasks and functions of the technical implementation unit and of the Environmental and Forestry Security and Law Enforcement Agency at the Directorate General of Environmental and Forestry Law Enforcement. The Regulation concerns: duties, functions and organisational structure of the Agency for Security and Law Enforcement of Environment and Forestry, including: activities to reduce disturbances, threats and violations of environmental and forestry Law, implementation of an inventory of potential environmental and forestry disturbances, collection of data and information on forest prevention and protection, implementation of preventive activities and forestry security operations, implementation of environmental dispute resolution; enforcement of forestry and environmental Law; working procedure.
