Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry no. 14 of 2022 concerning the Organisation and Work Procedure of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Directorate General of Watershed Management and Forest Rehabilitation.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the the Presidential Regulation no. 92 of 2020 concerning the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 15 of 2021 concerning the organisation and work procedure of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, provides for the implementation of duties and functions of the technical implementing unit in the Directorate General of Watershed Management and Forest Rehabilitation. The Regulation concerns: duties, functions and organisational structure of the Directorate General of Watershed Management, including: soil and water conservation, land rehabilitation, inland waters and mangroves protection, preparation and development of watershed management plans, monitoring and evaluation of management plans, presentation of data and information on watershed management, forest rehabilitation, soil and water conservation; duties, functions and organisational structure of the Forest Plant Seed Centre, including: certification and monitoring of the circulation of seeds and seedlings, management of genetic resources, development of seed sources, preparation of seeding plans, implementation of seed source certification, seed quality, facilitation of business development for business actors in the field of forest plant seeds; working procedures; functional groups.
