Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry no. 18 of 2022 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Forest Area Consolidation Centre and Environmental Management.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the the Presidential Regulation no. 92 of 2020 concerning the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 15 of 2021 concerning the organisation and work procedure of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, provides for improving duties and functions, organisation and working procedure of the Forest Area Consolidation Centre and Environmental Management. The Regulation concerns: duties, functions and organisational structure of the Forest Area Consolidation Centre and Environmental Management, including: preparation of regional forestry planning materials, collection of data on changes in function and allocation of forest areas, verification of data and values on environmental impact assessment procedures, management of data on forest resources and environmental protection, implementation of boundary demarcation, boundary reconstruction and forest area mapping, collection and processing of data and information on forest resources, natural resources, environmental carrying capacity, approval for use of forest area, issuance of permits for forest utilisation; working procedure.
