Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the the Presidential Regulation no. 92 of 2020 concerning the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 15 of 2021 concerning the organisation and work procedure of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, specifies tasks and functions and defines work procedures of the Social Forestry and Environmental Partnership Agency. The Regulation concerns: tasks of the technical implementation unit; organisational structure, duties and functions of the Agency, including: mapping of land and forest area tenure conflicts, environmental partnership and business development, inventory of traditional knowledge; determination of functional position groups; location and working area.
