Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Climate Change Control Center.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the the Presidential Regulation no. 92 of 2020 concerning the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 15 of 2021 concerning the organisation and work procedure of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, provides for the implementation of the duties and functions of the technical implementation unit at the Directorate General of Climate Change Control. The Regulation concerns: duties, functions and organisational structure of the Climate Change Control Centre, including: regional capacity building in climate change mitigation and adaptation, control of ozone-depleting substances, facilitating greenhouse gas inventory and monitoring, control of forest fires, preparation of plans and programs for climate change actions; working procedure; location, office section and working area.
