Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the the Presidential Regulation no. 92 of 2020 concerning the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 15 of 2021 concerning the organisation and work procedure of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, provides for improving duties and functions, organisation and working procedure of the Sustainable Forest Management Agency. The Regulation concerns: duties, functions and organisation structure of the sustainable forest management agency, including: preparation of management plans for utilisation of forest products, measures for protection forests, processing of forest products, activities for monitoring and evaluation of forest utilisation, professional development of forest management technical personnel; functional groups; working procedure.
