Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation provides for increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of animal and animal product export and import provisions. The Regulation defines: animals; ruminant; animal reproduction; animal products; animal diseases; labels and packaging; import and export activity; import and export authorisation; State-owned enterprises. The Regulation concerns: restrictions and limitations on animals and animal products export; ban on import of animals and animal products to prevent the risk of spreading diseases; labelling of imported animal products and compliance with packaging requirements; animal health certificate for imported animals and animal products.
