Abstract
On and after the commencement of this Act, it shall not be lawful for any person to have in his possession an unregistered bull unless such possession is authorized by a permit under section 3 of this Act. The Minister may, in prescribed circumstances and on payment of the prescribed fee, grant to a person a permit authorizing the person to have in his possession an unregistered bull subject to and in accordance with such conditions as may be specified in the permit. Section 4 requires the production of certificate or permit for inspection, whereas section 6 provides for inspection. Unregistered bull or a bull in relation to which there is not a valid permit may be castrated under section 7. (14 sections)
