European Communities (Authorisation, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 401 of 2013).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) Regulations 2001 update existing legislation concerning placing of biocidal products on the market, i.e. Commission Directive 2013/41/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include 1R-trans phenothrin as an active substance in Annex I thereto.
