European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 164 of 2007).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) Regulations 2001 by providing for the appointment of authorized officers and analysts by the Minister for purposes of the principal Regulations and by deleting references to the State Chemist. In regulation 2 of the principal Regulations, references to Annexes of the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market of 1998 are deleted.
