European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 456 of 2008).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) Regulations 2001 so as to give effect to the amendments to Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, to include specified substances as active substances in Annex 1 and in Annex 1A to the principal Regulations.
