European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations, 2009 (S.I. No. 222 of 2009).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 in the definition of "the Directive of 1991", e.g. Council Directive No. 91/414/EEC so as to give effect to amendments relating the specification of the active substance icosulfuron.
