Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on Import) Regulations 2006 by giving a new definition of "Commission Decision" so as to include in that definition Commission Decision No. 2007/684/EC and Commission Decision No. 2007/688/EC. The effect is to provide new import restrictions due to the incidence of bluetongue in certain parts of the European Communities.
