Abstract
These Regulations implement in Ireland European Regulations governing trade in bovine breeding animals, semen, ova and embryos. They regulate the operation of semen collection centres and semen storage centres and other places where bovine reproduction takes place. In addition, they regulate the importation of breeding animals and require certain records to be kept.
