Abstract
These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 and Regulation (EC) No 1830/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the A person shall not place on the market or use of a feed as defined in the EC Regulations unless it complies with the EC Regulations. A person, applying for authorisation under Article 17 of EC Regulation 1829/2003 shall submit the application to the Minister. Other provisions concern appointment of authorised officers, powers of authorised officers, sampling and analysis, Failure to comply with requirements, offences by bodies corporate.
