European Communities (Fertiliser) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No 384 of 2005).

These Regulations lay down minimum types and specifications for inorganic EC fertilizers which can be placed on the market within the European Union. They also provide Ministerial powers for penalties in the case of infringements.
