Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) Regulations 2002 so as to implement Commission Directive 2002/67/EC. They apply to the labelling of products which contain caffeine or quinine as an ingredient and prohibit the trading in products which do not comply with the Directive after a specified date.
