Abstract
These Regulations prescribe that no person shall sell, present or advertise foodstuffs, or provide free samples of foodstuffs, unless they comply with these Regulations and Directive No. 2000/13/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, Commission Directive No. 87/250/EEC, Commission Directive No. 94/54/EC (as amended by Council Directive No. 96/21/EC) and Commission Directive No. 1999/10/EC. The Regulations define offences in relation with the placing on the market of foodstuffs and provide with respect to enforcement.
