European Communities (Natural habitats and birds) (Sea-fisheries) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 397 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Natural habitats and birds) (Sea-fisheries) Regulations 2009 so as to allow for the more effective management of certain fisheries. These Regulations specify new measures that may be included in a draft Natura plan or a fisheries Natura declaration. These measures concern, among other things, landing and storage of fish and recording of activities of sea-going fishing boats and quantity of fish that may be caught or retained on board.
