These Regulations amend the European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) (Brown Rot in Egypt) Regulations 2007 so as to update reference to recent Community legislation, i.e. Commission Decision No. 2007/842/EC on emergency measures against the spreading of Pseudomonas solanacearum (Smith) Smith within the community as regards Egypt.
