Sea-Fisheries (Quotas) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 68 of 2011).

The Regulations prohibit contravention of specified Community legislation regulating fishing opportunities and associated conditions for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks applicable in Community waters and, for Community vessels, in waters where catch limitations are required and establishing, for fishing vessels greater than 10 metres in overall length and operating in certain waters, a fishing effort limitation scheme in the context of the recovery of certain fish stocks. Rules also regard buying, handling, weighing, transshipping, transporting, landing, processing, storing, documenting or selling fish within Ireland or the exclusive fishery limits of the Ireland.
