Abstract
These Regulations amend the Sea-Fisheries (Recording of Fish) Regulations 2011 and the Sea-Fisheries (Recording of Fish) No. 2 Regulations 2011 by providing that failing to maintain a logbook by a person required to do so in accordance with Annex IV to the Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 2807/83 shall be contravention against those Regulations and an offence under the Sea-Fisheries and Maritime Jurisdiction Act 2006.
