Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme (No. 2) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 665 of 2010).

These Regulations provide for, among other things, the quotas of fish and total allowable catch that can be harvested by commercial fishing engines and rod and line from those rivers identified in Schedule 2. The Regulations also provide for the tagging of caught wild salmon and trout fish. The Regulations continue Fishery District Committees in relation to each fishery district. A Committee shall decide the allocation of the total allowable catch applicable to a river.
