Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme (No. 2) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 705 of 2011).

These Regulations provide with respect to the issue of tags for catch control purposes and impose the tagging of lawfully taken wild salmon and sea trout and other tagging of fish. They also concern the decisions by fishery district committees on the allocation of the total allowable catch applicable to a river listed in Schedule 2 between the holders of commercial fishing licences and rod and line fishing licences and on relative catch quotas.
