Agricultural Production Improvement Law (Animals), 1952.

This Law, composed of six sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for the improvement of Agricultural Production in Animals. Section 1 gives definitions. Animal reproduction improvement is defined as the improvement of the animal descendents production, health, work tolerance and fertility. Section 2 provides for the institution of advisory committees for this law’s matter. A committee can be general or specific. Section 3 gives powers to the Minister of Agriculture to set regulations after consulting the Advisory committee. A list of related arguments due to be regulated is listed in this section. Section 4 provides for Inspectors powers; An inspector can: a) enter on any non-residential land in order to supervise upon observance of the regulations set for this law. b) seize any animal that might be subject of transgression to this law and any object that can provide proof for this suspect. c) mark or castrate any animal that has been raised or used for illegal reproduction purposes. Section 5 sets penalties. Section 6 gives ministerial responsibility for this Law.
