Abstract
This Act amends the Principal Act by repealing sections 2 and 3 which provide for the establishment of a Board, by specifying new requirements for the issuance of drilling licences (sect. 5) and by inserting a new section 9 concerning appeal with the Tribunal of Water Affairs established under the Water Law. (5 sections)
