First amendment to the Instructions No. 1 of 1992 concerning the transport and supply of potable water in basin tankers (Instructions No. 3 of 1992).

Comma 2 of article 1 of the principal Instructions shall be deleted and replaced by: "Secondly: the consent of the authority responsible for water purity (Amanat Baghdad and Directorates of Water and Sewerage in the Governates) to supply thereof with the required quantities of water periodically. This amendment concerns the authority responsible for granting its consent to the supply of potable water to basin tankes drivers. (2 articles)
