Abstract
Regulations concerning the transport of potable water in tanks. Conditions for the granting of a sanitary licence for the supply and transport in basin tankers of potable water are outlined in article 1. Conditions include consent of the municipal authorities for the supply of water. Article 2 specifies the licensing authority. Article 3 provides for water inspection. Water may not be supplied by purifying stations unless the fitness for human consumption of the water is confirmed (art. 4). Inspection shall be undertaken by the Departments of Health (art. 5).
