Law No.3 of 2020 - First amendment of the Agricultural Quarantine Law No.76 of 2012.

This Law consisting of 6 articles aims at (i) exempting small quantities from agricultural consignments and seed samples of high-quality varieties and high production from import licenses and the agricultural health certificate; and (ii) granting the employees of the Agricultural Quarantine Department 10% of the fees collected through the examination and fumigation costs. It also adds a representative of the Kurdistan Region among the members of the Agricultural Quarantine Committee.
