Resolution No. 216 of 1994 promulgating Law No. 27 of 1994 on the first amendment to the Cooperation Law (No. 15 of 1992).

This Act introduces various amendments to the principal Act: section 3 on the establishment of the General Federation of Cooperation is repealed and substituted by a new provision; article 6 is completely rewritten so as to provide for the Cooperative Committee for Supervision and Follow-up to replace the Qualitative Federations; various articles on the cooperative societies, now called "cooperative associations", are modified or repealed and substituted.
